From 1st October 2019, HertsOne have been sub-contracted by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) to provide a Community Leg Ulcer service to the population of West Hertfordshire.

This service is designed to raise and standardise care for patients with new and existing leg ulceration to access suitable therapies and improve outcomes. Patients will have access to two local clinic areas and an individualised treatment plan with a Leg Ulcer Nurse.

The Leg Ulcer Nurses will also be developing and delivering education across West Hertfordshire on aspects of wound management and leg ulcer care & treatment.
